Cereria Ermini was established by Ermini Vittore who started producing soap and other chemical products,
besides wax production. In 1958, his son Massimo, moved the wax factory from Mogliano Veneto (TV) to Treviso, where a new factory specialized in the production of votive candles and home candles was opened.
In 1989 Rosalia, Massimo’s daughter, succeeded to her father. She developed new innovative projects, more adequate to the market demand. In 2006 a new factory was built in Carbonera (TV), permitting to develop and increase efficiency in production. During the years, thanks to the professionalism and quality of the products, the company gained a foothold in the market. Thanks to the high quality that characterizes and distinguishes the company, nowadays it is still a leader in the production of waxes.

The production of waxes is made of high quality raw materials: the finest waxes, non chemically treated cotton and recyclable plastic; very important characteristics that are necessary to respect the environment. Specifically, the religious field has always been treated with particular attention, with the creation of products specifically created and customized for parish churches, to precisely match our customer’s targeted performance criteria.
The Company is used to take part in the important Koinè fair, famous internationally, that takes place in Vicenza every two years, and it’s an important fair to present news and new ideas for furniture, religious and liturgical items.

Cereria Ermini’s philosophy is represented by the particular meaning that the light of a burning candle can represent: the flame of a candle is meaningful, a moment of silence, a prayer, a hope.

In 2016 the factory in Carbonera started again thanks to Amedeo Nappi SPA society that bought the business unit.

Amedeo Nappi SPA is leader in the production and transformation of waxes and paraffins. The Company has a decades-long experience and owns an R&D lab, which furnished with advanced technologies and specialized chemists, carries out several checks on raw materials and on final products that are customized according to the customers’ requests.
In this way, safety and high quality standards are guaranteed in the candles field, also thanks to a specialized sales department and a fast shipment service both for Italy and for abroad.
